Delivery When, Where & How Much?Standard delivery to anywhere in the UK is free.We feel that nearly every time we go to a website and want to buy something, when we reach the bit about postage and packaging we get stung because it costs the earth! As an end to this at jewellerygiftstore we have tried to keep our prices to a minimum, making it fair both to you and us.
Orders are sent via Royal Mail, Recorded or Special Delivery or via a courier.
All deliveries must be signed for and cannot just be left. Please bear this in mind when choosing where your order is to be delivered - work addresses, neighbours and other family members are popular solutions.
*Goods sent by Royal Mail will sometimes be taken to the local depot if delivery fails where you may collect them. A card will be left to inform you if this is the case.
ChargesStandard Delivery is Free to anywhere in the UK (5-7 days.)
Delivery charges are dependant on location within the UK and the overall weight of your order. Charges will be automatically calculated and a list of options, including the Free Delivery will be shown at the checkout.
All prices cover the outer packaging which is used to protect the products and the shipping charges for our couriers or Royal Mail to deliver your packages safely.
Delivery Time ScalesPlease note: If you have requested next day delivery, orders must be placed before 2:00pm in the afternoon.
Specific Delivery DateIf you request delivery on a specific date (using the calendar on the delivery page in the checkout), you will be charged the next day guaranteed or Saturday price as applicable, which may vary for different locations. We will endeavor to deliver on or as near to the requested date as possible. Please remember we do not deliver on Sundays or Bank Holidays.
In StockIf goods are showing in stock and Free standard delivery is chosen, goods will normally be delivered in 5-7 working days. We say normally to allow for human error and Mother Nature. Goods may be delivered sooner than the estimated time scale. You will be informed via email once your order has been shipped.
Working days are Monday to Friday between the hours of 9.00am and 5.00pm. It excludes Saturdays, Sundays and all bank holidays. Additional days should be allowed in these circumstances.
Out of stockIf goods are not showing in stock when you select them, we should normally be able to fulfill your order in 5-15 working days. You will be informed via email of the progress of your order. You can also track any orders by logging on to
my account.
